Boot CD / USB Sergei Strelec is a live DVD which was made of Winodws 8 PE. In it already includes hundreds of tools to address a wide range of computer problems such as failure to boot, hard disk repair, restore and backup Windows, virus scans and so forth. Arguably Boot CD / USB Sergei Strelec have the same functionality as Hiren's Boot DVD or DLC Boot. Therein also includes x86 and x64 versions, so I recommend to you to use your PC when you experience things that are unexpected :)
